SAFA released its funding requirements for December, stating it will issue up to $250 million worth of November 2023s via an EFP tender but not before the release of the South Australian Government’s Mid-Year Budget Review. So far SAFA has raised $750 million of its projected $2.1 billion 2015-16 term financing program.

As ACGB yields rose, yields on semi government bonds, both AAA rated and AA+ rated, rose a little more. The result was a partial reversal of the previous week’s contraction and semi spreads over ACGBs increased by 1-2bps for both 2020 and 2024 maturities.

There were no semi government issues in the last week.
