3-month BBSW fell 10bps to 4.39% while 6-month BBSW finished the month 25bps lower at 4.53%. The latest figures from the RBA (July) indicated rates on new bank loans to small businesses which are secured by residential mortgages increased by 9bps to an average of 6.88%.
