Investor interest in the Australian bond and cash ETF sector increased considerably this week as 25 of the 37 ETFs in the sector experienced net inflows while 5 experienced net outflows. The sector’s market capitalisation increased by 2.7% as the large net inflow was modestly offset by generally lower ETF prices.

In terms of unit price changes, the iShares J.P. Morgan USD Emerging Markets Bond ETF (code: IHEB) had the largest price increase over the week (+2.07%). The Betashares Australian Composite Bond ETF (code: OZBD) had the largest price fall over the week (-0.48%).
