Summary: Net fund flow to bond and cash ETF sector; 26 ETFs issues additional units, 10 ETFs repurchase units; unit prices generally lower; IHHY largest percentage price increase; XARO largest percentage price decrease.

Investor interest in the Australian bond and cash ETF sector picked up this week as 26 of the 37 ETFs in the sector experienced net inflows while 10 experienced net outflows. The sector’s market capitalisation increased by 0.7% as the net inflow was only slightly offset by generally lower ETF prices.

In terms of unit price changes, the iShares Global High Yield Bond ETF (code: IHHY) had the largest price increase over the week (+1.54%). The ActiveX Ardea Real Outcome Bond Fund ETF (code: XARO) had the largest price fall over the week (-4.21%).
