Investor interest in the Australian bond and cash ETF sector increased again this week as 15 of the 37 ETFs in the sector experienced net inflows while 4 experienced net outflows. The sector’s market capitalisation increased by 0.7% as the net inflow was enhanced by generally-higher ETF prices.

In terms of unit price changes, the BetaShares Global Government Bond 20+ Year ETF (code: GGOV) had the largest price increase over the week (+1.83%). The iShares Government Inflation ETF (code: ILB) had the largest price fall over the week (-1.49%).
