Summary: Net fund flow to bond and cash ETF sector; 21 ETFs issue additional units, 6 ETFs repurchase units; unit prices mostly lower; ECOR largest percentage price rise; GGOV largest percentage price fall.

Investor interest in the Australian bond and cash ETF sector increased as 21 of the ETFs in the sector experienced net inflows while six experienced net outflows. The sector’s market capitalisation finished 0.1% higher as generally-lower unit prices partially offset the net inflow. 

In terms of unit price changes, the eInvest Core Income Fund ETF (ECOR) had the largest price increase over the week (+0.14%). The BetaShares Global Government Bond 20+ Year ETF (GGOV) had the largest price fall (-2.32%) over the same period.
