3-month BBSW slipped 1bp to 4.42% while 6-month BBSW finished the month 2bps higher at 4.64%. The latest figures from the RBA (September) indicated rates on new bank loans to small businesses which are secured by residential mortgages increased by 2bps to an average of 6.92%.
