3-month BBSW rose 4bps to 4.43% while 6-month BBSW finished the month 9bps higher at 4.62%. The latest figures from the RBA (August) indicated rates on new bank loans to small businesses which are secured by residential mortgages increased by 2bps to an average of 6.90%.
