Investor interest in the Australian bond and cash ETF sector increased this week as 25 of the 38 ETFs in the sector experienced net inflows and 7 experienced net outflows, resulting in a net inflow across for the sector. However, the sector’s market capitalisation decreased by 0.7% as generally lower ETF prices more than offset the increase in issued units.

In terms of unit price changes, the Elstree Hybrid Fund ETF (code: EHF1) had the largest price increase over the week (+0.20%). The BetaShares Global Government Bond 20+ Year ETF (code: GGOV) had the largest price decline over the week (-3.43%).
