Summary: Small net fund flow to bond and cash ETF sector; five ETF issues additional units, four repurchase units; HBRD largest percentage price increase; GBND largest percentage price decrease.

Investor interest in the Australian bond and cash ETF sector remained largely intact this week as five of the 37 ETFs in the sector experienced net inflows and four experienced net outflows, resulting in a modest net inflow across for the sector. However, the sector’s market capitalisation still decreased by 0.3% as ETF prices generally fell.

In terms of unit price changes, the BetaShares Australian Major Bank Hybrids Index ETF (code: HBRD) had the largest price increase over the week (+0.30%). The BetaShares Sustainability Leaders Diversified Bond Hedged ETF (code: GBND) had the largest price decline over the week (-1.11%).
