3-month BBSW and 6-month BBSW both finished the month 4bps higher at 4.49% and 4.78% respectively. The latest figures from the RBA (June) indicated rates on new bank loans to small businesses which are secured by residential mortgages declined by 7bps to an average of 6.79%.
